The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA) has welcomed and inspired artists, writers, and composers since 1971. Located at the foot of the blue ridge mountains, the property provides 13,000 square feel of studio space in its Normady-style dairy barn designed by Pendelton Clark. With facilities accommodating up to 25 artists at one time, VCCA’s campus sprawls more than 400 acres.
Awarded a fellowship in visual art, Steven Rudin will be artist in residence in early September 2022, where he will work on a 60” X 80” Mural Style Photomontage.
